$* False Data Stripping: A simple procedure completely under the user's control to discover false information he has come across that has tied up his thinking by conflicting with true information in any particular subject. The person is not usually aware of the specific conflict, although he is usually aware of not being able to think with the part of the subject in question. FDSing is not a magical way of determining the absolute truth or falsity of statements, but it is good for spotting and unblocking conflicts of understanding that have made one foggy in some parts - or the whole - of a subject or area. $* Ruds/L1C: The familiar Scn ones (ARC Break, Present Time Problem, Missed Withhold, Overt, Invalidation, Evaluation) with the usual patter and procedures (except they are all unmetered, of course). Part of this is an L1C. Includes the option to focus the commands into an area in or around the body or run them generally. (310 screens, available now)

These CCHs are run in a sequence over and over (CCH 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4, and so on) to EP. CCHs 1-4 are run in that manner until they no longer produce any change. The purpose of CCHs is getting the pc out of the past and into present time.

*Opening Procedure of 8-C: Like Op Pro by Dup (below), this process may be run for many hours. There is a specific EP involving perception that should be reached before leaving it (likely to take many sessions).

**S-C-S on a Body: From Clearbird concerning S-C-S:

One sees three conditions in processing: 1) the pc who is compulsively interiorized, 2) the pc who compulsively exteriorized, and 3) the pc who is buttered all over the universe. The case run on S-C-S would greatly enable the pc to collect himself. This might not occur until you have run him for five or more hours on it.

**Opening Procedure by Duplication: This process is often run for several hours in a row (in one session), and may be run for a total of 25 or 50 hours or more.
